Meet our Owner

Amy Hale, LCPC, C-DBT

As a therapist: I specialize in trauma, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I am a certified DBT therapist and love being able to offer that to those I work with! I also specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and love working with woman throughout their pregnancy and parenting journey.

I have experience working with Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and C-PTSD. I have extensive experience working with clients who have a history of hospitalizations, suicidality, and higher risk populations. I am a supporter of empowerment, helping people to find themselves and heal in a space where their voice is heard and they feel supported. I use a trauma-informed framework to help hold a warm and safe space for you to heal. I work hard to help you feel heard, understood, and in control of your healing.

As a survivor myself and a strong advocate for mental health, I hold space for all my clients to feel accepted, heard, and safe to share, process, and begin their healing journey. I believe in human connection first and building a relationship that is genuine. I work hard with each client to establish a connection and meet you where you are at!

As a human: I am laid back and am passionate about human to human connection before a relationship can be established therapeutically. I work hard to connect with you! I love spending time with my family, I always have my nose in a book, and I can’t get enough of coffee and chocolate!
